Preparing fish is one of the most popular way to make a Fish - soft, juicy, with all smell and taste inside. I suppose it is the best way to prepare fish which will be loved by all types of eaters)))
So and I decided to prepare the Steam fish with potato on the steamer :-)

Ingredients:
- fish - trout - 2 slices - better fresh but frozen can be good also
- 1 potato
- 2-3 slices of lemon
- 1/2 onion
- 1 tea spoon of lemon juice
- coriander, black pepper, other spices - by taste
- salt - by taste
- bunch of dill
- mayonnaise (I used French Calve)
- and big wish to prepare smth tasty with love :)
Take fish and cut it on slices (2 cm thickness). Put on it spices, salt, lemon juice and leave it on 10 min for marinate.

Prepare potato - clean it, and cut on 4 pieces, add salt and spices by wish.
Prepare steamer. I always use my flavour-booster for add aromas to my dishes. So I have added there lemon pieces and dill:

On the 1st level I put potato. And on the second level (in the plate for rice) I put my fish with onion. Why in rice plate? Because I prefer to keep fish juice) Onion gives to fish addition taste. I decided to add there some drops of mayoneze.

Usually in steamers enough to prepare fish 12 min. But in my steamer is a function - Gentle Steam. Fish prepared in 80' hot steam and it stays more soft and more juicy. But it requests 24 min. I prefered it because potato needs time too.

After 24 min you need to take prepared dinner. Carefully take fish. If you don't liked steamed onion - don't take it. It has made its main job and put its taste to fish. So we can tell to onion 'bye bye'))
As you can see fish looks amazing and so tasty....
Combine fish, potato and dill and decorate with by your wish and your style...
