Steam Meat Rissoles with Pistachio

Steam rissoles are well-known by their softness, high absorbency and juiciness. I would like to call your attention to recipe of  Rissoles with Pistachio and milk cream (10% fat)

Steam Meat balls

Ingredients:
  • 250 gr minced meat
  • 1/2 onion
  • salt, spices
  • 3 spoons of milk cream
  • 2 spoons of fried salty cleaned pistachio
  • 2 spoons of semolina
 Cut onion in small pieces. Mix onion with meat, add salt and spices. Add semonina and milk cream. Mix everything well and add pictachio.

Prepare the steamer; 35-45 min (depending on size of meat-balls and steamer)
Make from the meat mixture few meatballs and put them in steamer.
Prepare them 35-45 min.
Serve ready meat rissols with a side dish (veg, cereals)
