Steam Cheesecake with Apples

I'm going to meet you with a recipe of the Cottage Cheese Baked Pudding, prepared in the steamer. This recipe is very easy, understandable and cake is very tasty.

Steam Pudding

Ingredients:
  • 200 gr cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 spoons semolina
  • 2 spoons milk
  • 1 apple
  • 1/3 teaspoon baking powder
  • 50 gr sugar

    1. Put semolina and milk in the separate bowl ( leave it on ~30 min).
    2. Beat the egg with the sugar to a froth. Whisk the cottage cheese, semolina with milk and baking powder.

    3. Half the apple and slice into slim wedges.
    4. Grease the rice steamer bowl with butter and carefully put there apple slices.

    5. Fill the rice bowl, covering apples with a cheese mixture.

    6. Set the timer of steamer for 40-45 min, press the start\stop button and cook the pudding.

    7. When the cake is ready, turn the cake (apple slices will be at the top of cheesecake).
    8. Delicious with cinnamon and cream
