Steam Chicken "Pockets"

Today I will show you one interesting recipe. Maybe you ever tried it or seen anywhere, but I tried it in the first time and did it by my own imagined recipe O:-) Juicy chicken white meat with tasty mushrooms and cheese inside. Amazing!

Ingredients:
  •  3 chicken chest fillets
  • 50 gr dill
  • 200 gr mushrooms (champignons, oyster mushrooms, honey mushroom (I've used the last one type))
  • 100 gr cheese
  • salt
  • spices
  • lemon
  • toothpicks :)
  • 20 gr butter

 1. Take the chicken chests and mix them with salt and spices (I trust your taste about spices)))

2. Put mushrooms in steamer for 15 min for make them soft
3. Now we will make chicken pockets. Yes, yes, like in trousers)))
 So, take a chicken chest and using the knife, carefull and without hurry, make there holes as you can see in my photo (I've made a specially for show you the logics)

Made the same action with all 3 chests and you will see that they look as pockets)))

4. Now we come back to our 'inside mixture'. We should grate cheese

5. Cut the dill and add in mushrooms. Also you have to add a small piece of butter and salt

6. Mix mushrooms and cheese

7. Fill our lovely chicken chest pockets with a cheese-mushroom mixture

8. Now we should 'zip' our pockets))) Zips will be made from toothpicks)))

9. Prepare the aroma part of the steamer. What does chicken loves most of all? Of course lemon)))
10. Set the steamer on 25 min

11. Afte 25 min our lovely chicken pockets are ready!

11. Take steam pockets from the steamer.

12. Carefully take all the toothpicks away. Pockets will be still great look))) Delicious them with lemon, sauce and greens.
