To say by true, this recipe can be used for different types of fishes: seabass, dorado, mackerel.It can be also prepared in the oven.
But the most tasty variant I believe - seabass + white onion + steam cooker. Yummy!
Ingredients:
- 1 seabass
- 1 onion
- 4 spoons of mayonnaise
- black pepper
- salt
Seabass - any of various American coastal percoid fishes of the genus Centropristes and related genera, such as C. striatus (black sea bass), having an elongated body with a long spiny dorsal fin almost divided into two: family Serranidae.
