Seabass in steam cooker with onion garnish

To say by true, this recipe can be used for different types of fishes: seabass, dorado, mackerel.
It can be also prepared in the oven.
But the most tasty variant I believe - seabass + white onion + steam cooker. Yummy!

Ingredients:
  • 1 seabass
  • 1 onion
  • 4 spoons of mayonnaise
  • black pepper
  • salt



Seabass - any of various American coastal percoid fishes of the genus Centropristes and related genera, such as C. striatus (black sea bass), having an elongated body with a long spiny dorsal fin almost divided into two: family Serranidae.

We should clean fish as usually from the scale and inside. Salt the fish
Cleaned seabass
Chop the onion and mix with mayonnaise.
 Add there black pepper and spices (by your taste)
Carefully stuff the fish with onion mixture.
Stuff the fish
Place the fish into rice bowl of steam cooker.
Set the timer for 30 min.
Steamed fish
 Delicious fish with onion garnish and salad.
