This salad is both easy to prepare, light and at the same time - nourishing.
Ingredients:
First of all we have to prepare the tongue in the steam cooker. Usually 1,5 hours enough. Tongue meat should be well-prepared but at the same time dense and keep its structure. Clean the tongue from the white skin and cold it.
Cut the toungue into square pieces.
Put meat pieces in the deep bowl, add there white beans, salt, green onion, pasley, lemon juice and oil. Carefully mix the salad.
