Salad from Steamed Vegetables

Steaming vegetables are healthy, tasty and easy to prepare meal. They can be delicious as a side dish, but today we would like to offer your the recipe of Salad from Steamed vegetables.
Lots of different vitamine vegetable are combined in this recipe. This salad can be named: beetroot salad, hotchpotch :) We advice you to try it.


Steamed vegetable salad
Ingredients:
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 beetroot
  • 1 onion
  • 100 gr sauerkraut (finely shredded and pickled cabbage)
  • 3 spoons of green pea
  • 1 pickled cucumber
  • 3-4 spoon olive oil
  • spices (rosemary, black pepper)


  1. Put carrots, potatoes, beetroot in steamer. Set the time to 25 min for potato and carrot.
 
 2. After 25 min take potatos and carrot from the steamer. Set the time on 10 min more for beetroot. In the meantime clean potatoes and carrot. After need clean beetroot.

3. Prepare the sauce for the salad: place rosemary in warm pan and add the olive oil. Warm it for 5 min. After cold it. Add black pepper.
4. Finely chop the steamed vegetables - carrot, potatoes and beetroot.

5. Finely chop onion, pickled cucumber and add in vegetable mixture.
6.  Add in salad sauerkraut, green pea.

7. Make a dressing of rosemary oil and salt.
