Steam Cream Brulee

In this recipe we will show you how to make cream brulee in the steamer. We have used the famous recipe of coffee cream brulee but prepared it in the steamer - cream became soft and gentle.

Ingredients:
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 spoons sugar
  • 150 ml milk cream (10%)
  • 3 spoons of espresso coffee (or 1 pack of instant espresso coffee)

1. Divide eggs into yolks and egg white. We will need only yolks. Egg white we can use in the next recipe)))

2. Beat them yolks with sugar (1 spoon) till the light-yellow mixture.

3. Place milk cream and coffee (I was using instant coffee O:-)) into cooker and warm them till boiling together. You should stir it slowly all the time.

4. Slowly add the milk-coffee mixture in the yolk+sugar mixture. Continue to stir it slowly all the time.
5. Place this mixture in the cooker and prepare it there 3-4 min.

6. Place the mixture into heat-resistant bowl (1 or few small) and put them into Steamer.

7. Set the time for 35-40 min.

8. Take the cream brulee from the steamer and cold it. No, no, cream brulee is not ready while)))) Now we have to make its top caramel))) That's why we need to use grll function in the oven. Set the oven on 200'. Put 1 spoon of sugar on the cream brulee and put it in the oven on 5-7 min.

9. Now our coffee cream brulee should cool down. Serve it with tea, coffee.
