Steam Meat Cutlets with Greens

 My mom said the two most important kitchen utensils are attached to your arms... you cannot mix up meatballs with a wooden spoon, get in there, get your fingers dirty!  ~Rachael Ray
When you prepare meat cutlen you can try to taste different variant of mixture: usually we add there onion, spices, etc. But I offer your to taste meat cutlets with broccoli and parsley.
Meat cutlets

Ingredients:
  • 200 gr. minced meat (I usually use the beef)
  • 50 gr parsley (+50 gr for aroma)
  • 50 gr broccoli
  • black pepper
  • 1 spoon olive oil
  • salt
1. Mix meat with pasley, salt, spices, black pepper. Add there grated broccoli and mix everything.

2. Shape meat mixture into few cutlets
3. This step is optional :) If you prefer your cutlets save their shape during the steam preparation - you can fry them in olive oil during 1 min (for every side) on the pan.
4. Make a 'pillow' of greens in the steamer (pasley + dill) and place cutlets on this 'pillow'
5. Set the timer of steamer on 35 min.
6. Delicios steam cutlets vegetables or rice.
