Steam Meat Lockets

I like to prepare Meat Lockets because you can use your creativity and make them everytime different. Inside you can put mushrooms or vegetables, cheese or any sauce, etc. Every time they will have own unique taste. It is one of the easiest recipe for prepare meat.

Steamed Meat Lockets
Ingredients:
  • 4 thin meat steaks
  • 100 gr mushrooms
  • 50 gr cheese
  • greens and spices
  • garlic
 1. Prepare meat steaks. If meat is hard - you can beat it for more soft condition. Rub with salt, garlic and spices.

2.Place cut mushrooms in the steamer for 10 min with spices (they should become smaller and softer)

3. Grate the cheese and mix with steamed mushrooms.

4. Put mixture on the steaks and roll them into Lockets

5. Fix every locket with a toothpick and place them into steamer.

6. Set the timer of steamer for 35-40 min.
7. When our meat rolls are ready, take them from the rice plate. Juice you may use for prepare any sauce.

8. You should cut meat rolls into lockets and serve with vegetables and sauce.
