Meat with Pineapple - Let's try new tastes

First of all I would like to write few words for people who is against mixing sweet+salty. I (it's true) don't like such dishes too. Salads with apple? no, thanks. Salads with sweet sauce? no, thanks. But there is only 1 recipe which I accept and really adore.
This recipe was created by my mother as an experiment. She has never prepared such type of food before and our family has traditional tastes: salty should be salty, sweet should be sweet. But some time ago anne prepare this - meat with pineapple. And we liked.
What I wish to say now. I highly recommend you to try this new taste and who know? maybe you will be like it!
Meat with Pineapple
Ingredients:
  • 4 meat steaks
  • garlic
  • 4 pineapple rounds (canned)
  • 4 onion rounds
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • basil
  • cheese\mayonnaise

1. We need prepare meat steaks.  Beat meat. Add there small pieces of garlic, salt, spices.
2. It is a very easy and quick dish. So in the 2nd step we start to place ingredients.
  1. Put meat in the pineapple (as in ring).
  2. From both sides add onion rounds
  3. Cover with cheese or mayonnaise or cheese+mayonnaise

 3. Set the timer of steamer for 35 min.
4. Serve with garnish or vegetables
