Chicken steamed pudding

The modification of the recipe - Steam Chicken "Pockets".
Using the same ingerients you can prepare small baked puddings.
Chicken steamed pudding
Ingredients:

  •  2 chicken chest fillets
  • 200 gr mushrooms (champignons, oyster mushrooms, honey mushroom (I've used the last one type))
  • 100 gr cheese
  • salt
  • spices
  • 20 gr butter



1. Take the chicken chests and mix them with salt and spices (I trust your taste about spices))) Cut fillet into small pieces - 1x1 cm
2. Put mushrooms in the steame machine for 35 min for make them soft. Afte cold it and add butter, salt and spices.
 3. We should grate cheese
 4. Mix mushrooms and cheese, add there chicken pieces.
5. Put the mixture into small thermostable cups
6. Put the puddings into the steam machine for 40 min.
7. Carefully take all the puddings from pots. Delicious them with lemon, sauce and greens.
